I compiled the parallel version of vasp but when I run a program it shows

mpirun noticed that process rank 1 with PID 30956 on node puphyshpc.puchd.ac.in exited on signal 11 (Segmentation fault).

the output looks as if you run a serial executable on two nodes. Please check again which makefile you used to generate vasp.intel.band

I used the parallel format of makefile.
