the vasp job run successfully, but after several scf-loop the job stopped

forrtl: severe (38): error during write, unit 17, file /home/ljzhang/work/vibrational-frequency/pure-Ti/further/OSZICAR
is this a occasional error or there is something wrong with my calculation parameters?

your filesystem is not working properly. Nothing to do with VASP.

Check some Linux guru site for answers.
