required memory

I am new to vasp and have a quick question about allocating memory for calculations.
Below is the the memory information form my OUTCAR file. Is the "total amount of memory used by VASP on root node" an appropriate amount of memory to allocate per node or is this for the entire calculation. I should divide it by the number of nodes I am using to find the memory per node needed?
total amount of memory used by VASP on root node 35448. kBytes
========================================================================
base : 30000. kBytes
nonl-proj : 658. kBytes
fftplans : 172. kBytes
grid : 414. kBytes
one-center: 31. kBytes
wavefun : 4173. kBytes
