Our system administators have recently made a change to the underlying network filesystem from Lustre to Gluster (3.3). Since then, I occasionally get the following errors for some of my jobs. (some works complete succesfully)
Error 1:
forrtl: severe (51): inconsistent file organization, unit 12, file /pathto/WAVECAR
Error2:
forrtl: severe (38): error during write, unit 18, file /pathto/CHGCAR
Does anyone have any experience with similar errors or on gluster when running VASP ?
Thank you,
George
