Patches to make VASP 5.3.3 compile uploaded, consider applying

Hi, Vienna,

I was not sure how to attach a file to a post so I used "Upload"
feature of the forum.

I am aware GFortran is not supported officially.
I think two latter patches may also apply to other
builds.
